Speed

You are anxious to begin, to get a new (or improved) web presence uploaded, running, and pulling in new customers. It will happen, but we may currently be working on another project, and these things take a bit of time. There is an up side to all things, and this is no different.

While the actual writing of site only takes about a week (using a five-page site as an example), you can expect the entire process to take 2-8 weeks depending on how much of the information is readily available.

Other components of the publishing process involve consultation, planning, gathering of graphics and information, and getting the work approved at various stages of completion. Once this is completed, we test the site in different versions of several browsers to assure cross-browser compatibility and to be certain that it conforms to our own Web Accessibility Guidelines (see box below).

Accuracy

When we start your project, we are all yours. There will be no delays due to other committments. You will be our only concern while we are developing and producing your projects. We are always available to you for any problems that arise or any questions or concerns you have. If you need custom-designed graphics, we have a local artist who can create original graphics for your site.

Backups

Because we are a small business, it sometimes becomes necessary to turn customers away. If that happens, you need not despair. We can recommend other professionals who will be able to help you out. We will not give you false hopes and disappoint you. One of "The West Michigan Live" is honesty.
